Proposed Rules Comment Period

Pursuant to the requirements of EO 2011-01K and Senate Bill 2 of the 129th General Assembly, which requires state agencies, including the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board, to draft rules in collaboration with stakeholders, assess and justify any adverse impact on the business community (as defined by SB2), the Board is providing opportunity for the public to provide input on several proposed rule revisions. These rule revisions are being proposed as a result of the passage of HB 230 in September and will align rules with these statutory changes.
